Policies and Considerations


Cancellation Policy
At Eden Day Spa, Boca Raton we reserve our time exclusively for you.  Therefore we require a credit card, gift card or gift certificate to reserve your appointment time.  A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% charge of services reserved.
A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required for an individual or group with scheduled services which total 3 or more hours.  No-shows will result in 100% billing equal to the total amount of services reserved. Gift certificates and gift cards will be void without proper notice of cancellation.

We will provide a reminder call 48 hours in advance. This is a courtesy call only and should not be relied upon. Clients are responsible for their appointments.

Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in, fill out any necessary forms, relax and unwind. Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service.
Please help us by arriving on time so that you may receive your full service. For late arrivals, your appointment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The usual fee for the treatment will remain the same.


Return Policy
No refunds on product purchases. Exchange or store credit only within 30 days. No returns on gift cards, spa packages or treatment series. Sorry, no exceptions. 
 

Cellular Phones & Pagers
For consideration of all spa guests, please mute all cellular phones and pagers before entering the spa. Thank you for your consideration.

Children
To ensure the relaxation and quiet enjoyment of all spa guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa. Thank you for your understanding.

Valuables
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items such as clothes, accessories and jewelry. On Spa days, please consider leaving your jewelry at home.... one less thing to worry about.

Gratuities
Gratuities are both appropriate and appreciated. We apologize for any inconvenience, however we are unable to process gratuities on credit cards.
