Eden Day Spa is commited to the health and wellness of its valued guests and team members, and reopened slowly and carefully to ensure the safety of all. We have been operating safely and without incident since early May 2020. We enhanced our already stringent sanitation standards and have implemented a comprehensive safety protocol so that we may provide you with the level of care you deserve. We will continue to monitor the current Covid-19 situation carefully and act in accordance with the guidelines of the CDC, WHO, and our local governing boards. The safety of our guests and employees is our first priority. As a result of the current environment, you will see that we have implemented the following additional precautionary measures at Eden Day Spa so that you may relax in confidence:
All team members have received advanced training and certification on enhanced hygiene and sanitation standards and protocols.
Air purifiers have been placed in all treatment rooms and throughout the spa. These air purifiers utilize a Medical Grade Multi-Stage Air Cleaning to remove 99.91% of microscopic particles as small as 0.1 microns in size (Covid-19 measures 0.125 microns) and 99.985% of all other microscopic particles, using True HEPA H13 ultra filters and carbon micro-filtration. Please note that these purifiers emit a low “white noise” sound that you may hear during your treatment. Additional time will be scheduled between guests in order to fully sanitize and disinfect all treatment spaces using hospital grade EPA approved products including all surfaces, furnishings, equipment, product containers, door handles and more.
Regular and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all common and high-touch areas throughout the spa is performed.
All team members will wear face masks at all times and other PPE as necessary. We request that our guests also wear a mask or facial covering when in common areas, and thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Appointment times will be staggered and we will reduce the daily number of treatments provided in order to limit the amount of guests and employees within the spa at any given time.
All service specialists will wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds at the start and end of each treatment and between every guest, and will regularly wash and disinfect their hands throughout the day.
All efforts will be made for the social distancing of guests including outdoor seating and allowing a limited number of clients in the spa lobby and common areas.
Temperature checks and wellness assessments at the door for all team members.
We ask that guests sanitize their hands and allow a touchless thermal forehead wellness check upon entering.
The option to prepay remotely for your appointment from your home computer, cell phone or device is available.
Convenient appointment check-in designed to support social distancing – You may sit in the additional chairs provided outside or wait in the comfort of your car to be contacted by our reception team when your service specialist is ready.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available all throughout the spa for your use.
Bottled water will be available for our guests in lieu of our usual complimentary beverage and refreshment bar.
As always, all guests will be provided with clean sanitized, linens, towels, robes, sandals, etc. Additionally, disposable face cradle covers will be available for massage services at the guest’s request.
A deep cleaning and sanitation of the entire spa will be done each night.
As mandated by the state guidelines, group appointments will not be permitted in order to maintain the safest social distancing practices possible by limiting the number of guests within the spa at any one time. Likewise, kindly refrain from bringing friends or family members who do not have scheduled spa appointments we will not have space to accommodate them while they wait due to our commitment to reducing the number of guests within the spa .
Any employee who is feeling unwell will be required to stay home. Likewise, any employee who lives with or has had close contact with anyone who is feeling unwell will also be asked not to come to work. We thank you in advance for your understanding should this cause any changes to your appointment reservations.
We ask any guests to refrain from visiting the spa if they or anyone they have been in contact with feels unwell, has a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or other communicable illness. Likewise, we will allow guests who are unable to make their appointment due to illness to cancel with advance notice without consequence.
We request that guests allow our team to assist them with products and testers rather than personally selecting them.
We kindly ask guests to please respect our sanitation, safety and hygiene protocols, as well as to be conscientious in regards to safe social distancing while in the hallway, lobby and other common areas.
