Spa Policies & Considerations

Eden Day Spa maintains the following policies in consideration of our guests and therapists, so that all may enjoy their spa experience fully. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to our Spa.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, appointment reservations must be cancelled at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full amount of the scheduled service. For groups or packages consisting of three or more scheduled hours, we require 48-hours cancellation notice. For groups or packages with six or more hours scheduled, we require a 50% deposit and at least 72-hours cancellation notice. A credit card number is required upon booking. 

Arrival Time
Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each guest. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you arrive on time. We strongly encourage all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork, relax, and unwind. Late arrivals must be finished within the scheduled time while the fee will remain unchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy
Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for exchange or credit towards future product purchases or services. No refunds. There are no returns on gift cards, spa packages or treatment series. Linens, jewelry, clothing, shoes and other apparel and/or accessories are final sale. All clearance items are final sale. We cannot accept returns or cancellations of special orders. We regret that we cannot take back items that have been broken or damaged once you have purchased and removed them from the Spa.

Gift Cards and Spa Packages
Gift Cards for "Spa Dollars" never expire. Packages are valid as is for one year; after one year they may be redeemed for the dollar amount of the original purchase. Spa Packages are pre-bundled and specially priced, and as such we are unable to make service substitutions or apply additional discounts. Purchases of Gift Cards and Spa Packages are not refundable. 

Cellular Phones
We ask that you please mute cellular phones before entering the Spa and thank you in advance for speaking softly so that all guests are able enjoy a serene and tranquil spa experience.

Children and Pets
To ensure the relaxation and quiet enjoyment of all guests, we kindly request that you leave small children (under the age of 12) at home. Teens may receive limited spa treatments with signed parental consent.  In accordance with the state health code, only service animals may be brought into the Spa. Thank you for your understanding.

Jewelry and Valuables
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. Please keep any valuables with you during your appointment. On spa days, please consider leaving your jewelry and other valuables at home.

Gratuities
Gratuities are both appropriate and appreciated. As they reflect a personal choice, we do not include them in our fees. The industry standard is 20% for excellent service. If you would like assistance in calculating or distributing gratuities, it would be our pleasure to do so.
